Ingredients
3 large Bananas,ripe
2 large Eggs
2 cups of All purpose flour
1 t of Baking Soda
1 t of Ground Cinnamon
1/2 t Nutmeg
1 cup of Sugar
1/2 t of Salt
1 t of Vanilla extract
1 stick of Butter
1/2 cup of Chopped pecans
1/4 Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt the butter and combine with banana. Mash with a fork.
Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
In another bowl mix the dry ingredients together.
Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix well. I added half of the dry ingredients at a time. Add pecans and chocolate chips. I don't care for too many chocolate chips but if you do fell free to add more.
Spray the loaf pan with any nonstick spray.
Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes of until the bread passes the toothpick test.
Let cool completely before slicing.
Enjoy!
Happy Planning :),
Shanae
