Cucumber Mint Refresher

Yield: 1 Cocktail

Ingredients

• Handful of Mint

• 3 Slices of Cucumber

• Lime Juice

• Vodka

• Simple Times Pineapple Mule or Pineapple Juice

Directions

1. Muddle the mint right in the glass.

2. Add the sliced cucumbers.

3. Add one part of Vodka to Pineapple juice.

4. Add a splash of lime juice.

5. Mix + Enjoy!
