Ingredients
10 cups water
3.5 oz ginger, fresh
2 cups lemon juice
3T of Lavender Flowers
2 cups sugar
Directions
Cut ginger into 1-2" pieces and add to a medium saucepan with 6 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water, sugar, and lavender to a boil. Reduce to simmer for about 5 minutes until it has a glaze-like consistency. Turn off the heat and let it cool. Strain out the lavender leaves.
In a large pitcher, combine ginger water, lemon juice, 2 cups of water, and simple syrup. (Add more or less water as need be)
